Terms & Conditions
Effective 2026-06-30. Please read these terms carefully — they apply to every Wash Walo membership purchase.
- Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of successful payment.
- Membership is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer for the registered vehicle(s).
- Membership is non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
- Membership cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other service.
- Unused washes expire after 365 days and cannot be carried forward.
- Appointments must be booked in advance through the Wash Walo website or app.
- Wash Walo reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to weather, operational issues, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Services are available only within Wash Walo service areas.
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
- Wash Walo reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour, or violation of these terms.
- Wash Walo may revise pricing and membership plans for future purchases. Existing active memberships remain valid under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
- Customers must tick an "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox before making payment.
