Terms & Conditions

Effective 2026-06-30. Please read these terms carefully — they apply to every Wash Walo membership purchase.

  1. Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of successful payment.
  2. Membership is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer for the registered vehicle(s).
  3. Membership is non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
  4. Membership cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other service.
  5. Unused washes expire after 365 days and cannot be carried forward.
  6. Appointments must be booked in advance through the Wash Walo website or app.
  7. Wash Walo reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to weather, operational issues, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Services are available only within Wash Walo service areas.
  9. Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
  10. Wash Walo reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour, or violation of these terms.
  11. Wash Walo may revise pricing and membership plans for future purchases. Existing active memberships remain valid under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
  12. Customers must tick an "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox before making payment.
